Gail Prather, CPA
President and Owner

Gail Prather, a CPA since 1984 and a cum laude graduate of the University of Indianapolis, Indiana.  She has 20 years of experience in public accounting in management, consulting, tax and auditing of small businesses and non-profit organizations.  Her technical expertise in tax and accounting along with her personal approach have provided successful services for individuals, professionals and business owner clients through out the country and here in Houston.

She is a regular speaker and guest lecturer on KSEV Radio Houston every other Monday from 6:00 to 8:00pm.

She is a member of the AICPA and the Houston Chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

She enjoys playing tennis and is a member of the Houston Ladies Tennis Association and the USTA.

Larry Fischer, CPA
Manager

Larry Fischer, a CPA since 1976 and a graduate of the University of Houston.  He has 30 years of public accounting experience in auditing small to medium sized businesses and nonprofit organizations.  His technical expertise in audit and accounting along with his committment to the highest quality and ethical principles have made him successful in providing accounting services for international as well as domestic clients.  His experience encompasses auditing commercial enterprises, nonprofit entities and government organizations.  He provides consulting, tax planning and compliance for individuals, partnerships and corporations.

He is a member of the AICPA and the Houston Chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

He attends the St. Mark Lutheran Church, enjoys outdoor activities and is a native of Houston.  He and his wife Kathleen have raised three children.

Mark Dubberly, CPA
Manager

Mark Dubberly, a CPA since 1993 is a double graduate of the University Texas.  He has 12 years experience in public accounting and 20 years sales and finance expertise.  He has extensive technical knowledge in estate and trust taxes and in assisting executors and trustees with the numerous accounting and tax compliance issues.  His technical expertise in tax and accounting are complimented by the knowledge and skills gained from years of working closely with successful individuals and business owners.

He lives in Humble Texas and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities.

Patrick Prather
Controller/Accountant


Patrick Prather, a controller and accountant since 1985 has 15 years experience in public accounting.  He provides accounting and financial services for small and medium size construction, manufacturing and service businesses.  His technical skills in financial statement preparation and internal control for businesses provide a very valuable base of knowledge.  Through his many years of experience with accounting systems and software, he is uniquely capable of bridging the gap between the software and the implementation needed to produce results.

He enjoys golf and is a member of the Pine Forest Country Club.

Robert Meyer
Accountant


Robert Meyer has been an accountant since 2001, and is a double graduate of the Southwest Texas State  University.  He has several years experience in public accounting along with sales and service expertise.  His technical knowledge in audit and accounting for construction companies and state tax provides the preparation of quality and timely delivery of those services.  His experience consists of audit, review and compilation services for small to large construction contractors in the Houston area.  He is studying and currently sitting for the CPA exam.

He lives in Stafford Texas and enjoys outdoor activities.
